By creating an account or using FleetHive, you agree to these Terms.

FleetHive offers online tools to help individuals and businesses manage vehicles, benchmark costs, plan maintenance, and access discounts through selected partners.

2. Who Can Use FleetHive

FleetHive can be used by:

• UK businesses (limited companies, sole traders, partnerships), and
• individual drivers (for example, Uber, Bolt, delivery, and self-employed users).

You must be 18 or older to use the platform.
If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Our Services

FleetHive provides access to:

• Fleet and cost management dashboards
• Forecasting and benchmarking tools
• Maintenance and parts discounts through approved third-party partners

We are not a credit broker, financial adviser, or insurance intermediary.
All forecasts and tools are for information purposes only and should not replace professional financial or maintenance advice.

4. Consumer Rights (for individual users)

If you sign up as an individual (not a company):

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a refund.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting info@fleethive.ai.
• Prices shown include VAT (where applicable).

Business users waive this right once services are accessed.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

FleetHive complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect and process your personal or company data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver our services
• Improve our tools and platform

Our lawful basis for processing is consent (where required) and legitimate interest in providing and improving our services.

We may share limited data with:

• Payment providers (e.g., Stripe, GoCardless)
• Maintenance or parts partners (e.g., ATS, Solera)
  only to fulfil your requests or provide agreed services.

We never sell your data.

6. Fees and Subscriptions

FleetHive services are provided on a subscription basis.
Subscription fees, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed during signup.

Payment Processing and Transaction Fees

If FleetHive collects payments on your behalf (e.g., for maintenance, tyres, or parts) and pays suppliers to secure group discounts:

• Associated processing fees will be passed on to you at cost.

Typical fees: (we do not charge a booking fee or any hidden fee)

• Stripe / Card: 1.5% per transaction + £0.00 fixed fee

These will be itemised on your invoice.

7. Third-Party Services and Partners

FleetHive integrates with selected third-party services (e.g., fuel card providers, maintenance networks).
While we choose partners carefully, we are not responsible for their products, pricing, or performance.

Your use of partner services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Fair Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
• Resell or redistribute FleetHive content without written consent

We may suspend or close your account if these terms are breached or if unlawful or abusive behaviour is detected.

9. Liability Disclaimer

FleetHive is provided “as is”, without guarantees or warranties.
We are not liable for:

• Losses caused by use of data, forecasts, or recommendations
• Any damage resulting from third-party services or maintenance actions

Always follow your manufacturer’s service schedule and safety advice.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid to FleetHive in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and software are owned by or licensed to FleetHive Limited.
You may not copy, resell, or distribute FleetHive materials without prior written consent.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time.
FleetHive may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Breach these terms
• Are used unlawfully or abusively
• Fail to pay fees due

Termination does not affect your legal or statutory rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England.
