Instead of spending marketing externally, we prefer to rather give back to our members. If you are happy with the solution, simply share your experience via our online referral scheme to your friends, family and peers. For every vehicle subscribed from your tracked referral, you will receive 10% of that vehicle’s subscription fees as an rebate on your account for as long as the vehicle remains subscribed. For every 10 active referrals; you will get your subscription for one vehicle free of charge. On your member platform you will always be able to see how many referrals are active and what your YTD rebate/ earnings are for this referrals.
No; we understand that sometimes a local supplier will offer a great price or service. If you feel you can get a better deal locally, we urge you to buy there. Simply upload your chosen 3rd party suppliers’ invoice to update your overall costs. We constantly review 3rd party purchases, and if more members use a specific dealer outside of our network, we will approach these dealers to request they join our supplier panel
Yes; as our membership grows; our professional procurement team will negotiate even more supplier discounts. Our main objective is to combine SME purchase power to provide our members with the best possible terms and online services. We already have a range, or additional suppliers interested to offer their solutions via our platform once we achieve 1,000 registered vehicles.
We already have tyre suppliers willing to offer a volume rebate if we commit to purchasing a certain volume of tyres. Once our membership reaches the required volume, we will secure volume rebates. 50% of these rebates negotiated will be passed on to the members who contributed with purchases to achieve the target, with the remaining 50% retained by FleetHive to further increase and enhance purchase abilities.
We have purchased 20 years maintenance records across 1m vehicles (80m invoices), which provides the largest sample available in the UK. Our AI driven solution will identify the vehicle group once you subscribe via entering registration number. Once you have uploaded your vehicles historic costs; our solution will compare your costs to our wider benchmark at the same age/ similar mileage/ category and provide you with a traffic light benchmark; whereas if your vehicles costs are below the benchmark; the traffic light is green. If your vehicle costs are within 10% of the benchmark; yellow and if your vehicles costs are above 20% of the benchmark it appears red. The system will then make recommendations, based on our 70 years fleet management experience that will improve your benchmark.
We use the same 80 millions records to calculate quarterly expenditure across maintenance; servicing; tyres; MOT for every vehicle make/ category. We also have direct access to all OEM service schedules & recommended pricing. By combining historical costs with OEM recommendation of costs we can estimate when and how much costs are likely to be incurred per quarter per vehicle. We then use your vehicle historical costs data; age and milage to determine what costs/ services have already been incurred and what costs are likely still to be incurred. For example, our records indicate that Tyres are replaced on average at 15-20k (Urban) and 35-40k (Regional). Our system calculates how many miles you have travelled since last tyre replacement; then predicts when next replacement is due and projects the costs of the tyres onto your forecast.
No; you can use the tool purely to plan/book and pay for services if you don’t want to upload your historic costs. Some features like the event planner will have less functionality as it does not know when you last services or maintained your vehicle.
The basic solution allows you to procure/ manage and report on operational expenditure of your fleet. Our premium solution will extend the offering to include Fuel/ Telematics and Insurance related expenditure. We will be offering all these fleet related services, including a Fleet Risk Management module as part of the premium solution so you can manage all fleet related services and risks on one simple platform. We are planning to launch the premium solution within one year from launching the Basic Offering.
